To support our ambitious expansion objectives, we are in search of proactive auditors eager to contribute significantly to one of the UK's most innovative and progressive accounting firms.

Recently, we have been appointed as a primary firm under the national Public Sector Audit Appointments (PSAA) initiative to conduct a variety of public sector external audits for local authorities, police, fire services, and national parks. Additionally, we have achieved a commendable ranking in the Accountancy Age Mid-Tier Power Rankings, being the top-ranked firm in the South West. This position allows you to fully benefit from the hybrid working model we provide to all our employees. Whether you are working from the office, remotely, or at a client location, we empower our team to find the right balance of flexibility while ensuring exceptional client service.

Not only will this role enable you to make a significant impact on your clients, but it will also equip you with the skills and experience necessary to evolve into a future leader within our organization.

Beyond the regular responsibilities, there will be ample opportunities to engage in activities that will facilitate your swift progression to a managerial role. This could range from participating in our business development initiatives to enrolling in our management training programs.

You will collaborate with a diverse array of clients, including local councils, NHS trusts, fire and police authorities, and more.

As a business advisor, you will play an active role in driving the success of your clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and executing audits and other assurance projects from inception to completion
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
  • Mentoring and developing our trainees to become proficient business advisors

You will receive support and guidance from a friendly senior management team dedicated to helping you achieve your long-term career aspirations.
