Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team as a Multi Trade Operative. As a key member of our repair and maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our properties in Peterborough, March, Chatteris, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Requirements

  • A valid UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in plastering and other trades, with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
