About You

To be considered for the Assistant Culinary Manager position, you should possess at least one year of experience in the catering industry, along with a relevant culinary qualification and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You will be skilled in preparing appealing modified diets that are well-balanced and adhere to IDDSI guidelines. Assisting the Head Chef in menu development to delight our residents with your culinary skills will be a key aspect of your role.
