Job Title: SEN Intervention Tutor

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Intervention Tutor to join our team. As a SEN Intervention Tutor, you will be working with students who require additional support to access the curriculum.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary or secondary setting
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Work with students to build their confidence and skills in core subjects such as maths, English, and primary
  • Support students with a range of SEN, including SEMH needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
