Position Overview:
Service Care Solutions is a prominent recruitment agency specializing in the Probation sector across the nation. We are currently seeking Community Payback Supervisors to oversee the effective implementation of community service initiatives.

Service Type:

Working Hours:
37 hours per week

Contract Duration:
Ongoing

Compensation:
£18 - £20.07 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  1. Conducting induction sessions for individuals assigned to unpaid work.
  2. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety protocols, promptly addressing any risks, and accurately completing necessary documentation, including participation in the review of risk assessments.
  3. Verifying the availability of essential tools, equipment, and supplies in line with local procedures, ensuring service users follow safe usage instructions.
  4. Utilizing motivational techniques to encourage service users to complete their assigned tasks in a disciplined manner.
  5. Monitoring attendance of service users in agency placements and fostering successful completion of tasks.
  6. Maintaining comprehensive records for all service users in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring timely updates to the case management system.

Essential Experience:
Applicants should possess:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise effectively while maintaining authority.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a workplace or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, public protection, and risk management.

Technical Requirements:
Candidates must have:
  • A basic understanding of First Aid and a willingness to pursue further training.
  • A valid driving license.

Referral Bonus:
We offer a £250 referral fee bonus for any candidates referred.
