Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team at D&D Recruit. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our clients in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to clients in a safe and timely manner
  • Unload and load goods from vehicles
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the cab
  • Ensure that loads are correctly placed and secure before driving

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Class 1 Driver
  • Digital Tacho Card and CPC Card
  • Comfortable with loading and unloading goods
  • Professional and presentable at all times
  • Flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
  • No more than 6 points on your license
  • No IN10, TT99, or DR10

Working Hours:

Friday to Tuesday, with ongoing shifts available. PM start times are preferred, with pay rates as follows:

  • Weekdays: £17.94 + holiday pay
  • Weekends: £23.52 + holiday pay
