About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking and prioritizing planned and reactive work, taking ownership of your projects on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake and prioritize planned and reactive work, taking responsibility for your own projects on site.
  • Attend breakdowns, fault finding, and assist with site planned maintenance on a variety of equipment including conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, rollers, gearboxes, valves, etc.
  • Work as part of a maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a mechanical engineer as part of a maintenance team on an industrial site.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Must hold a recognized Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
