Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential?

You will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with a range of SEN, helping children overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in their educational environment.


  • Support & Guidance: Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to implement effective strategies and support systems.
  • Training: Provide training and support to school staff on behaviour management techniques and strategies.


Monitoring & Reporting:


Essential Qualifications and Skills:


Relevant Experience:

Proven experience working with children with SEN, particularly in behaviour management and intervention.


  • Educational Background: Relevant degree or qualification in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of SEN, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Additional training or certification in behaviour management or therapeutic techniques.
  • Impactful Work: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special needs.
