We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team as a Senior Associate at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a profitable caseload, delivering exceptional residential property services, and strengthening relationships with agents, developers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Residential Conveyancing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Manage and grow a profitable caseload, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, developers, and other law firms to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in residential conveyancing law and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of residential property services.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in residential conveyancing law and a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to marketing and networking, with a strong understanding of the residential property market.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
