We are seeking a Retail Security Officer to join our store team in Connswater. As a Retail Security Officer, you will work alongside our Store Management Team to meet loss prevention objectives and ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and report any incidents in store
- Monitor CCTV footage, in line with company policy & procedures
- Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines
- Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft
Requirements:
- The ability to follow instructions whilst staying calm in pressured situations
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
- The ability to deal with challenging customers with professional behaviour at all times
- A balanced sense of judgement, strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
