Role Overview

As a Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance to addressing guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs and maintenance across various areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
