We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients in Littlehampton.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain lawns and gardens to a high standard
* Perform landscape gardening and landscaping tasks
* Conduct greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks
* Prune hedges and trees
* Apply pesticides and herbicides

Requirements:

* IT literacy, including the use of tablets and smartphone apps
* Valid driver's license (vehicle provided)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Previous experience in grounds maintenance
