Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every item that leaves the kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. If you have a passion for food, customer service, and teamwork, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Passion for food, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
