Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Dunelm in Lancaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with purchases, respond to queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
