Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee refurbishment contracts across our campus in Birmingham. As a key member of our Estates Team, you will be responsible for managing relations between clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will have oversight of all refurbishment contracts and manage relations between clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise with managers regarding development projects to ensure a standardized approach to service provision and cost-effective maintenance.
• Design, specify, plan, and deliver programs of planned maintenance tailored to the buildings involved.
• Manage contracts and projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position with project management qualifications.
• Building/Portfolio Management and relationship liaison/management skills.
• Contractor Management expertise.
