Our client, a well-established local broker in the UK, is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join their team in Leicester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a diverse range of small and medium-sized commercial clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with renewal processes, mid-term adjustments, and documentation queries.
- Providing quotations for additional products and working closely with account executives on larger cases.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of commercial insurance, including Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D & O, Cyber, and packaged solutions. A strong grounding in business development and risk management is also essential.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, regular one-to-one meetings, and a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday, pension, and other standard benefits. The role is fully office-based in Leicester City centre, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
