Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing legacy sites with long-standing contractual issues, identifying defects, and liaising with supply chain or appointing new contractors to carry out the necessary works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review legacy sites and identify contractual issues
  • Liaise with supply chain or appoint new contractors to carry out works
  • Develop and maintain relationships with housing associations and other stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate the resolution of contractual issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in house building and contractual management
  • Knowledge of new build regulations and defects
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
