Spirehouse Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to oversee capital works surveying and manage housing refurbishment contracts for a social housing provider in South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Technical Surveyors, procuring contracts for housing refurbishment, and managing projects valued between £100k and £20m. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing capital works surveying to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Supervising a team of 8 Technical Surveyors to deliver high-quality results
* Managing housing refurbishment contracts to meet project timelines and budgets
* Procuring contracts for housing refurbishment to ensure best value for the client
* Managing projects valued between £100k and £20m to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering major works projects
* Strong leadership and management skills to supervise a team of Technical Surveyors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks
