Position Overview:
We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Director of Property Management to become a part of our team.

This full-time role entails a commitment of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Given the responsibilities of this position, it is crucial for the selected candidate to possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Group Director of Property Services, you will oversee and manage property development and housing services within the organization.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Ensuring that housing services provided meet high standards of quality and comply with all legislative and contractual requirements.
  • Reviewing, managing, and negotiating housing agreements to ensure optimal value for the charity and its beneficiaries.
  • Identifying and securing new properties to support our future initiatives.

Through effective leadership of a customer-focused team, you will ensure that the services provided meet customer expectations, adhere to statutory obligations, and deliver value for money for the charity.
