Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Children's Nurse to lead our team at our unit in Horley, West Sussex. As a key member of our multidisciplinary medical team, you will provide exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years, specialising in various clinical areas, education, and audit within a world-class care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the assessment of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and evolving caseload.
  • Assist in the delivery of care to address individual health and well-being needs effectively.
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Actively develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as support the development of others.
  • Promote best practices in health, safety, and security within the organisation.
  • Assist in the maintenance and development of services to ensure high-quality care.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse with no restriction on NMC PIN
  • Experience of working on a children's ward
  • Confident with working independently
