Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assembly and dispatch of products.
  • Inspect incoming goods to verify accuracy in quantity, type, and quality.
  • Maintain an organized and orderly storage area.
  • Keep records current using the Asset Panda system.
  • Update and manage the N2O asset catalogue.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  • Coordinate with couriers for the dispatch and delivery of items.
  • Handle loading and unloading of goods from company and third-party vehicles.
  • Organize items for picking and packing, ensuring accurate updates to the stock system.
  • Document any pallet movements and update the inventory system accordingly.
  • Generate delivery notes and consignment labels through supplier portals.
  • Operate company vehicles as required.
  • Promote a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Provide coverage for the Team Leader in their absence.
  • Assist the Team Leader in training and developing junior staff members.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
  • Familiarity with material and stock management techniques, as well as inventory control processes.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining a tidy work environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, and specialized stock tracking software - training provided).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Dependability, organization, and a proactive attitude.
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
  • Valid Full Driving Licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ in Warehousing and Storage.
  • PAT Certification and relevant experience.
  • General DIY skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000.

23 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days with each completed year.
