Position Overview:
Type: Permanent - Full Time

As a Facilities Maintenance and Gardening Specialist, you will report directly to the Manager and be tasked with ensuring the general maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Perform necessary repairs and oversee external contractors.
- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas to ensure they are visually appealing and well-kept.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess practical skills in maintenance, gardening, and decorative painting, along with a genuine respect for the elderly community.
