Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in the Glasgow area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life
  • Champion independence and personal choice, promoting a positive resident experience
  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring safe and effective administration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to quality and clinical governance initiatives, driving continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience in elderly healthcare, preferably in a care home setting
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
