Marketing and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing and Events Executive to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services, as well as planning, organizing, and executing events that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy and Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective event execution and maximum ROI.
- Event Budgeting and Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional activities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Sales Alignment: Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing and event management.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in marketing software and tools, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours as needed.
