Crop Production Operative

A reputable agricultural firm specializing in crop cultivation and tuber production.
Exciting Opportunity:
An excellent position is open for a skilled agricultural operative to become part of a dynamic team.
Compensation Package:
£30,000 - £40,000 base salary, which includes 500 hours of overtime. Once the overtime threshold is surpassed, an hourly rate will be applied based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, totaling 39 hours weekly. During peak seasons, additional hours may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of a Fendt tractor.
- De-stoning processes.
- Comprehensive harvest tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operating agricultural machinery (5+ years preferred).
- Basic maintenance skills for machinery upkeep.
- Valid driving license.
- Telehandler, forklift, PA1, and PA2 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
