About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for working alongside our architectural team on a variety of projects, including high-end residential, commercial, and luxury hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working through the technical stages of projects (RIBA stages 4 and 5)
• Using Revit and AutoCAD to a high standard daily
• Coordinating external consultants' information
• Conceiving construction details from first principles
• Assisting in the preparation of technical documents and presentations

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in the UK
• Strong knowledge of Buildings Regulations and Technical Building Design
• Ability to conceive construction details from first principles
• Ability to coordinate external consultants' information
• Experience in residential and/or commercial sector projects at RIBA stages 4 and 5
• Revit skills are essential for this position, AutoCAD skills are beneficial
• Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, and NBS specification writing would be an advantage
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
