Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Policy Servicing Technician to join our team at TCR Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal availability of our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Commercial Trucks for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and Repair: Independently carry out maintenance and repair services on GSE and Commercial Trucks based on our standard processes.
  2. Transportation and Logistics: Safely and securely transport GSE and Commercial Trucks to and from our facilities.
  3. Administrative Support: Accurately report on work orders, maintain time sheets, and scan spare parts within our TCR system.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition, and report any damage or issues to our supervisor.
  5. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in our OEHS process, report unsafe situations, and contribute to improvement ideas.
Requirements
  1. Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of electricity, mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with airport regulations and local/specific regulations on GSE.
  3. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  4. Soft Skills: Solid work ethic, commitment to customer satisfaction, and a team player attitude.
