We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Floor Assistant to join our team at Stax Trade Centres. As a Shop Floor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and shop floor.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assist in stock replenishment and merchandising to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing shop floor
* Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

## Working Hours

* Alternating shifts, full-time 39 hours per week
* Week 1: Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm; Friday, 9am-4:30pm
* Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-2:30pm; Sunday, 8am-4:30pm
