We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Specialist to enhance our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling, storage, and identification of materials, adhering to established protocols, particularly for sensitive electronic components.

Your Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations set by the company.
- Follow all requirements of the Quality Management System.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage areas.
- Assist various functions within the Warehouse Operations team.
- Provide timely support for inventory issues, receipts, and related inquiries.
- Unpack and record incoming goods within one business day when necessary.
- Participate in inventory audits, including comprehensive physical stock checks, to ensure accuracy.
- Promote and uphold safe practices for handling, storing, and identifying materials.
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained accurately.
- Process incoming goods and manage the return of any rejected items promptly.
- Verify the accuracy of kitting processes.
- Execute packing and shipping tasks to guarantee same-day dispatch of all items.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role, with a foundational understanding of logistics, packing, and manufacturing processes.
