Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Community Nursery Nurse to join our new dedicated Health Visitor Line team. As part of our friendly and supportive 0-19 team in West London, you will work closely with families in one of the most diverse boroughs in London to give children the best possible start in life.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver the national 0-5 years Healthy Child programme across Hounslow, working closely with partners such as GPs, children's centres, and social care.
- Provide evidence-based health advice to families, including coping with a crying baby, promoting healthy sleep patterns, infant feeding, and growth and development.
- Liaise with multi-agencies, including Social Care, GPs, Early years, and Family Hub colleagues.
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 diploma in Child Care and Education or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children and young people, as part of a team, and in a health visiting team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, young people, parents, and the multidisciplinary team.
