Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our dynamic and reputable construction and property consultancy in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, with values ranging from £1-4 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage between 4-5 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the project life cycle
  • Provide excellent customer service and organisational skills, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and time management
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations
  • Contribute to the development of the consultancy's sustainability and social responsibility initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of consultancy / client-side quantity surveying experience
  • Chartered (MRICS) or part-way through the APC would be of particular interest
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
