Job Overview

The Astrea Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our classrooms, providing support to teachers and students alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise whole classes of students in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that work set is completed and students remain on task.
  • Provide academic support to students, helping them to understand and complete assigned tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the school's curriculum and values.
