Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at People Solutions. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating Class 1 vehicles, transporting goods and materials to various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload cargo correctly
  • Strap loads securely
  • Perform trunk runs and other duties as required
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures
  • Follow driving rules and regulations
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK Category C+E licence
  • Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
  • Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving C+E vehicles
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points with no major endorsement codes
  • Excellent communication skills
Desirable Experience

Experience working on a general haulage contract is desired but not essential.
