Job Summary

Arguile Search is seeking an experienced Commercial Officer to join our team. As a Commercial Officer - Export Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of export contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, and manage the full life cycle of export contracts.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of contracts.

Requirements
