Service Area: Covering various regions
Day Shift Compensation: Salary ranging from £31,332 to £35,000 (Dependent on Experience) with a fully covered company vehicle and performance bonus potential of £38k to £45k
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with one in four Saturdays
Night Shift Compensation: Salary between £36,763 and £39,312 with a fully covered company vehicle and performance bonus potential of £43k to £48k
Night Shift Hours: 10pm to 7am, Monday to Friday with 1-2 Saturdays from 10pm to 2am
Both Day and Night Shift positions are available
Our client is expanding their mobile technician team to enhance their successful service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team of professionals.
Role Purpose:
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing technical guidance and performing vehicle assessments for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure high-quality technical support, service, and maintenance across all vehicle brands.
Comply with all relevant protocols established by legislation, the organization, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Commit to ongoing professional development and learning.
Maximize resource efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
Strong organizational abilities to manage processes, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Able to mentor and develop junior team members.
Possess a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for at least 6 months.
Provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
