Construction Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Construction. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our adult learners, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the construction industry.
About the Role:- Deliver courses at various levels to our cohort of adult learners, focusing on construction skills and knowledge.
- Support students in developing transferable skills, knowledge, and behaviors to integrate theory with practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our learners and industry partners.
- Contribute to the development of our teaching and learning strategies, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and meet the needs of our learners.
- Participate in quality assurance and enhancement activities, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards.
