Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the clean and hygienic maintenance of the care home, including cleaning allocated rooms, furniture, fittings, and equipment.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, being mindful of the home's appearance and reputation.
- Assist with bed making and laundry duties, ensuring every resident enjoys clean and well-maintained clothing and linens.
- Manage the laundering of clothing and linen, preventing unnecessary build-up and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain the laundry equipment and report any defects to the Manager or Housekeeper.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
