Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Provide support to students in various educational settings, including EYFS, SEN, KS1, KS2, Primary, and Nursery
  • Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks, working closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans
  • Support students with special educational needs to access the curriculum, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, with a focus on supporting learning and development
Education:
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare, with a strong understanding of educational principles and practices
Experience:
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs, with a focus on creating tailored support plans
  • Experience in supporting learning across different age groups, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and flexibility
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of EYFS, SEN, and Primary curriculum, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, with a focus on developing teaching and learning skills
  • Additional training in specific areas such as Autism Awareness or Makaton, with a focus on enhancing knowledge and skills
Working Conditions:
  • Working hours: Full-Time, temporary position, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
