Helpdesk Administrator Opportunity

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to support our client's sales order processing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for sales order processing.
  • Support the helpdesk team in resolving customer inquiries.
  • Manage internal SOPs and quality management resources in conjunction with logistics and service teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order progress and updates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales order processing or a related field.

About the Role:
