Job Title: Midweight Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department at Longleat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, integrated creative campaigns and marketing materials that reflect the Longleat brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design marketing materials, including print and digital campaigns, signage, guidebooks, and brochures.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet the brand's objectives.
  • Collaborate with departmental contacts across the business to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Support the Brand & Studio Manager in delivering large-scale projects and providing creative direction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and creativity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Graphic Design role.
  • Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Mac experience is essential, along with proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Strong design and visual communications skills, with experience of developing marketing materials across print and digital mediums.
  • Experience in digital retouching skills/cutting out in Photoshop.
  • Strong design skills, including layout, typography, application of color, and hierarchy of messaging.
  • Creative flair and excellent ideation skills, developing concepts and communicating them through scamps, mac-visuals, and mood boards.
  • Confident to present ideas to multiple stakeholders at different levels across the business.
  • Experience in picture research, finding images that best reflect the essence of the project and brand.
  • Great eye for detail, maintaining strong and consistent application of the brand across projects.
