Flow Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Football Centre Assistant Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the entire complex and supervision of all staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of the complex, ensuring a high standard of service is provided to all customers and guests.
  • Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing activities to promote and maximize income opportunities.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
  • Ensure sound administration procedures are followed and that company reporting procedures are adhered to.
  • Implement and maintain the company's Health & Safety policy, ensuring all staff are trained in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and chair occasional meetings with other staff members.
  • Ensure cash and stock reconciliation procedures are followed as per company policy.
  • Maintain all facilities, fixtures, and fittings to a high standard internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the ordering of stock and services to ensure smooth operation.
