Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Depot Manager to join our team at SearchTech. As a Depot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our depot, ensuring the efficient management of resources, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the daily work of the office and collection drivers to meet business objectives.
- Enforce legislation related to road traffic acts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct thorough route briefs and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Experience in the waste industry, with a focus on logistics and depot management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Tachograph legislation.
- Valid driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
