Job Opportunity: Real Estate Solicitor (4-6 Years PQE)

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The Role

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be involved in a broad range of real estate matters, including:

  1. Development Work: Engaging in both commercial and residential projects.
  2. Landlord and Tenant: Navigating the complexities of property leases.
  3. Property Finance: Managing the financial aspects of property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with development, acquisitions, disposals, commercial landlord and tenant matters, corporate transactions, and property finance.
