RACE Electrical CAD Team Leader

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical CAD Team Leader to join our team at the UK Atomic Energy Authority. As a key member of our RACE team, you will be responsible for leading our Electrical CAD team and contributing to the development of our electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the Electrical CAD team in the design and development of electrical systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements
* Develop and maintain electrical CAD standards and best practices
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in electrical CAD design and leadership
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and CAD software
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
