About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Flood Risk Engineer to join our team at Flagship Consulting. As a key member of our Manchester office, you will be responsible for developing a team and contributing to the delivery of flood risk and drainage strategies for a range of projects across the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input into surface water/foul drainage strategies, and highway design.
  • Consult with water regulators, statutory authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare risk assessments, undertake site walkovers, and oversee CCTV or other survey works.
  • Develop and implement effective drainage design solutions.
  • Familiarize yourself with drainage policy and guidance.
  • Utilize drainage design software (Microdrainage, Causeway, CAD).
Requirements
  • Proven track record in drainage design.
  • Familiarity with drainage policy and guidance.
