Site Manager Job Opportunity

VANRATH is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join their team in Armagh, Northern Ireland. As a leading fit-out contractor, our client specializes in creating bespoke interiors within the entertainment, luxury hospitality, and prime residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships on site and liaise with clients, contracts managers, design, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement schedules of works from start to completion, organizing and coordinating on-site project requirements, including resources, materials, and logistics.
  • Deliver all scope of works on time, within budget, and of exceptional quality, escalating any delays, variations, or red flags to contracts managers.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to management, ensuring compliance with all necessary health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified or other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience working on fit-out projects.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and of excellent quality.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent management skills.
  • Proactive and innovative approach with the ability to problem-solve issues.
