About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Solicitor with 6+ years of post-qualification experience to join our team. This role is perfect for a motivated solicitor who excels in business development and is looking for a fresh opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our commercial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload, including general commercial matters, shareholder agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Stay current with professional development requirements and actively pursue further legal knowledge.

Requirements

  • You have at least 6 years of PQE as a Solicitor.

  • You possess strong relationship-building skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
  • You are ambitious, results-oriented, and have a positive, proactive approach to your work.
