About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join our team at Stantec UK Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients and partners on hydraulic engineering and fluid mechanics projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and set the direction of engineering projects in respect of hydraulic/fluid mechanics elements
  • Develop and implement hydraulic analysis software, including Hades, Varism, or Flow 3D
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients
Requirements
  • Background in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Experience in the water industry with demonstrable knowledge/experience in hydraulic engineering/fluid mechanics
  • Knowledge of hydraulic analysis software and ability to develop and implement solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
