We are seeking a skilled Baler Operator to join our team at Class 1 Personnel. As a Baler Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to compress materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, and other recyclable materials into bales for easy transport and storage.

• Operate the baler effectively, including daily operation from the control panel, managing material stocks in the bunker, and changing ancillary goods such as bale wire.
• Monitor the baler's condition and promptly report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and safe operating area around the baler.
• Coordinate with the teletruck operator to ensure timely movement of bales.
• Accurately record and report baler data.
• Manage tools and equipment related to baler operations and associated cleaning tasks.
