We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our salon partners, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide product training and education to salon partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and use our products effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to ensure Revlon remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of sales experience in the beauty or haircare industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with salon partners.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide effective training and education to salon partners.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Complementary sales training desirable.
- User computer skills.
- Full Driving License.
